As a key player in our ISR/SE growth strategy, you will be responsible for managing a pipeline of U.S. and international opportunities. Your role will involve:
• Engaging proactively with U.S. and international customers, influencers, and stakeholders to identify and shape current and/or future Lockheed Martin products that align with their needs and preferences.
• Leading market research initiatives and customer value proposition workshops to refine our offerings and enhance our chances of success.
• Conducting competitive intelligence and Black Hat assessments to position our solutions favorably in the market.
• Developing and implementing capture plans and strategies for specific opportunities and contributing to broader market segment strategies.
• Utilizing opportunity management tools like Opportunity Hub to maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation.
• Managing new business funds, including Market Assist (MA), Bid & Proposal (B&P), Independent Research and Development (IRAD), and Capital investments, from planning to execution.
• Driving the development of business cases to ensure new opportunities meet financial targets.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including International Trade Compliance, Engineering & Technology, Finance, Contracts, Legal, Program Management, and Sourcing, to achieve strategic goals.
• Leading and contributing to proposal development efforts, including writing proposal volumes and participating in color teams.
This role requires domestic and international travel, with potential destinations to include Canada, South Korea and Australia.

Basic Qualifications
Experience in Capture, BD, or related experience
Experience with current Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance technologies and capabilities
Demonstrated knowledge of the US DOD and International ISR customer community
Experience in capture management
Portfolio management of numerous critical pursuits in a large new business pipeline
Understanding of NBF budgeting and execution
Experience in strategic planning, financial analysis, and teaming
Experience in milestone/EPP process; to include opportunity identification, developing business cases, and capture execution
Business acumen, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, reliability, and sound judgment
Desired skills
Experience with the US Navy and US Air Force
International experience with customers in Australia, Canada, South Korea and NATO
Related prior operational military experience with ISR capabilities
