As the Supervisor of Service Line Marketing, you will oversee the development and execution of marketing strategies for various service lines while also managing relationships with physicians and other healthcare providers. Your leadership will be critical in driving growth, enhancing patient referrals, and strengthening partnerships.

Required Education:

High school diploma or GED or equivalent

Recommended Education:

Bachelor's degree in a related field of study.

Required Work Experience:

High School Diploma/GED and 4 years of relevant experience, or 6 years of experience in lieu of a diploma/GED.

Description

1. Lead and mentor the service line marketing and physician liaison team, providing guidance, support, and direction to ensure the achievement of team goals.

2. Work with the broader marketing team to develop and implement comprehensive campaigns for service lines, in alignment with organizational goals and target demographics.

3. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure cohesive messaging and branding across all service line initiatives.

4. Build and maintain relationships with physicians, specialists, and other healthcare providers to promote our services and generate referrals.

5. Provide training and support to physician liaisons, ensuring they have the tools and resources needed to effectively represent Arkansas Children's.

6. Work with data analyst to monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) for service line marketing campaigns and physician liaison activities, including patient referrals, conversion rates, and ROI.

7. Collaborate closely with clinical teams, physician liaisons, patient services, and other departments to align marketing initiatives with patient care delivery, service line expansion, and organizational objectives.
