Hybrid Sakata Campus Registrar/Health Aide at 27J Schools - Brighton, Thornton & Commerce City

Description:  The Sakata Campus Secretary/Registrar supports Bright Beginnings preschool, 27J Online Academy, and the TLC program. Primary responsibilities include managing daily office operations, student records, attendance, and basic health services. This position ensures accurate student information management, timely attendance tracking, and the delivery of basic health services to students and staff.

SALARY:  Classified Grade O, starting at $23.63 per hour, depending on recent relevant experience. 10 hours per day, Tuesday – Friday.  169 day / 10 month position paid over 12 months.  Eligible for benefits.  

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain student health records in Infinite Campus.
• Administer first aid and medication; document incidents and coordinate with the nurse.

Attendance

• Record and update daily attendance for all programs.
• Follow up on absences via calls, messages, and teacher reports.

Registrar Duties - Bright Beginnings Preschool

• Process student enrollments, online registrations, and required documentation.
• Upload and manage student records, including proof of residency, birth certificates, and immunizations.

Office Administration

• Answer calls, greet visitors, and manage the Raptor check-in system.
• Provide Spanish/English translation as needed.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; school office experience preferred.
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) required.
• Strong organization, communication, and multitasking skills.
• First aid and CPR certification (or ability to obtain).
