- Manage and maintain welding equipment, tools, and lab supplies, performing regular inspections and coordinating necessary repairs.
- Evaluate student progress through practical projects, written assessments, and performance-based testing, offering constructive feedback to support skill growth.
- Mentor students on career pathways, including apprenticeships, industry certifications, and post-secondary education opportunities.

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and dynamic Career and Technical Education Instructor with expertise in welding, metals, manufacturing, and power sports technology to lead our comprehensive hands-on training programs. This role is critical in equipping students with practical, industry-relevant skills that support workforce readiness and local economic growth. The instructor will deliver engaging instruction across multiple courses, including advanced welding techniques, introduction to metals, welding and manufacturing processes, and power sports mechanics. Students will gain proficiency in areas such as metal fabrication, machining operations, gas and electric arc welding (MIG/TIG), equipment safety, engine disassembly and repair, basic electrical theory, troubleshooting, and alternative power systems. Through a blend of classroom learning and applied shop work, the instructor will prepare students for immediate employment, apprenticeships, industry certifications, or further technical education.
