Required:Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.2-4 years of relevant experience. Ability to work independently and also have interpersonal skills to work with teams.Demonstrated writing skills to produce wide range of documents and deliveries.Experience communicating effectively and professionally and working with a variety of internal and external partners, including UCLA administrators, outside funders, policy makers and community representatives.Working knowledge of evaluation, creating datasets, grant writing and proposal submission.Strong organizational skills to successfully work on and track complex programs involving short deadlines and multiple tasks, in coordination with multiple teams to achieve program/project mission and goals. Ability to seek out and learn new policies, procedures, and software to advance the mission of the program/project.Ability to train new program/project managers and other staff within and external to the unit.
