Work You’ll Do

As a Project Delivery Manager on the project, you will: 

• Lead and facilitate all Scrum ceremonies (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives) for the Salesforce Field Services project. 
• Coach and mentor the team on agile best practices and Scrum principles. 
• Collaborate closely with product owners, stakeholders, and technical teams to ensure clear requirements and priorities. 
• Remove obstacles and blockers to enable the team’s progress and productivity. 
• Track and report on sprint progress, team velocity, and project deliverables. 
• Ensure the Salesforce Field Service solution meets client needs and quality standards. 
• Support change management and adoption efforts

Qualifications

Required: 

• Bachelor’s Degree
• Advanced experience as a Scrum Master leading agile teams and facilitating Scrum ceremonies. 
• Expertise in Salesforce platform including configuration and integration. 
• Proven experience with Salesforce Field Service implementations.
• Salesforce Field Service certified 
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
• Ability to travel 20-50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve

Preferred: 

• Prior experience serving Public Sector client 
• Local to Indianapolis, IN with the ability to be onsite
