We are now recruiting for a Supervisor to join our Team at Iforce Corby (NN18) on a Full time and permanent position. 

Job Description:

Shift: 

  • Based on a rota to be discussed during interview - 10:00am-22:00pm (Will include some weekends)

Salary:

Up to £30,293 per annum (Breakdown below)

  • £25,578 basic per annum
  • £2,557 per annum (Shift Allowance)
  • £1,918 per annum (Banked hours allowance if applicable)
  • £240 per annum (First Aid allowance if applicable)

Your job duties will include but not limited to the below.

  • Provide training for new and existing Staff to achieve the highest standards of quality and efficiency.
  • Supporting the Shift Supervisor to achieve timely and efficient receipt, pallet build, put away and despatch of stock.
  • Supporting the Shift Supervisor to achieve efficient receipt and pallet build of returned customer orders to maintain SLA targets.
  • Ensuring that Health and Safety standards are maintained.
  • Ensuring optimum levels of stock integrity.
  • Supporting the Shift Supervisor to ensure that staffing levels planned to meet required levels of efficiency.
  • Develop and train all team members so that their contributions to the warehouse can be maximised and succession plan.
  • Manage and motivate the shift team in order to ensure that productivity and service KPIs are achieved or exceeded.
  • Monitor and control the work environment to ensure that it is operating to its optimum efficiency.
  • Being personable to effectively communicate with drivers & operatives whilst finding solutions for potential challenge
Qualifications:
  • Experience of managing teams within a multi client warehouse environment desirable 
  • Process oriented – an appreciation for specific client requirements
  • Delivery of quality and cost improvements through continuous improvement
  • People manager – Leads by example, encourages team spirit and can motivate a team
  • Adaptable & responsive to change – ability to monitor workflow and move workforce accordingly.
  • Computer literate and able to follow complex instructions
