Woodside Bible Church, Lake Orion Campus, is seeking a highly organized and personable Campus Administrative Assistant to support our Campus Pastor with administrative and technical responsibilities. This role serves as a vital connection point for our congregation, providing a welcoming and professional first impression for visitors and attendees. This position is part-time, 29 hours per week, hourly, non-exempt. 

The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, proficiency in MS Office and church management software, and the ability to multitask in a dynamic, ministry-driven environment. People skills, adaptability, and a heart for serving others are essential.

Qualifications:
 ✔️ High school diploma required; college coursework preferred
 ✔️ 2-3 years of administrative experience
 ✔️ Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
 ✔️ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

This position plays a key role in supporting the Campus Pastor and Executive Director, managing campus communication, coordinating events, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. As a staff member of Woodside Bible Church, this individual is expected to align with our mission, vision, and core values while actively engaging in the church community. Membership at the Lake Orion campus is required.
