You’ll be the go-to person for document coordination, payment confirmations, and ensuring our accounting processes are buttoned up.

What You’ll Do

• Coordinate and send document requests to customers.
• Review, proof, validate, and match customer documents.
• Confirm incoming payments and keep records up to date.
• Answer the accounting group line with professionalism and a helpful attitude.
• Jump in on ad-hoc projects and tasks that keep our department running smoothly.

What We’re Looking For

• Team player with a strong sense of organization.
• Willingness to learn and follow processes.
• General computer skills (Excel experience is a plus).
• 2+ years of related experience (construction industry experience a bonus, but not required).
• Strong communication skills – both written and verbal.
• Ability to work onsite with some flexibility as our operations evolve.
