Essential Functions
As a CRM Technical Lead and Architect, you will leverage your deep expertise and experience in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems to drive the design, deployment, and optimization of the client’s CRM workflows and integrations. You will play a pivotal role in managing Power Apps/mobile setup, overseeing data model configuration, and performance tuning. This position requires a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience, demonstrating your seniority and proficiency in the field.
- Design CRM Workflows:
- Develop and implement CRM workflows that enhance user experience and operational efficiency.
- Ensure that workflows meet both business and technical requirements, while adhering to industry best practices.
- Integrations Management:
- Design and manage integrations with other systems and platforms, such as Power BI, ArcGIS, and Qualtrics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless data flow and system interoperability.
- Power Apps/Mobile Setup:
- Oversee the setup and configuration of Power Apps and mobile solutions to support business processes.
- Ensure the mobile solutions are user-friendly, functional, and aligned with organizational needs.
- Data Model Configuration:
- Oversee the configuration of data models to ensure accurate and efficient data management.
- Conduct performance tuning to optimize data processing and retrieval speeds.
- Technical Leadership:
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members, fostering an environment of continuous learning and improvement.
- Lead technical discussions and decisions, ensuring alignment with long-term strategic goals.
- Performance Tuning:
- Conduct regular performance tuning and optimization of CRM systems to enhance overall system performance and user satisfaction.
- Identify potential performance issues and implement solutions to mitigate them proactively.
- Compliance and Security:
- Ensure that all CRM systems and processes comply with relevant industry standards and regulations.
- Implement security best practices to safeguard sensitive data and maintain system integrity
Education/Skills/Experience Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. A master’s degree is preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in CRM systems, with a proven track record of technical leadership and architecture.
- Expertise in CRM platforms such as Microsoft Dynamics 365, Salesforce, or equivalent.
- Proficiency in integration tools and platforms, including Power BI, ArcGIS, and Qualtrics.
- Strong understanding of Power Apps and mobile solution configurations.
- Advanced knowledge of data modeling, SQL, and performance tuning techniques.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and lead technical discussions.
- Ability to obtain a Public Trust or similar security investigation.
Desired Knowledge/Skills
- Experience in the government contracting industry.
- Certifications in relevant CRM platforms or technologies.
