We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Electrical Assembler to join our dynamic team in St. Louis, MO. This is a full-time, on-site position. As an Electrical Assembler, you will play a key role in the assembly of mechanical components and the wiring of control panels.
Essential functions
- Assemble mechanical components according to technical diagrams and project specifications.
- Perform wiring tasks for control panels, ensuring proper connections and functionality.
- Utilize hand tools, power tools, and soldering equipment for assembly, wiring, and other related tasks.
- Read and interpret technical diagrams, schematics, and blueprints to ensure correct assembly and wiring processes.
- Ensure high-quality standards in all assembly and wiring tasks, performing regular checks to verify accuracy and safety.
- Work closely with the engineering team to meet project specifications, deadlines, and design requirements.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety standards and company protocols.
Qualifications
- Soldering and using Power Tools skills
- Proficient in using Hand Tools and performing Mechanical Assembly
- Experience in Panel Wiring
- Strong attention to detail and quality control
- Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams
- Effective communication and team collaboration skills
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications are a plus
- Prior experience in electrical assembly or a related field is beneficial
Preferred education and experience
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Associate’s Degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering Technology, or a related field preferred.
- Vocational or technical training in electrical assembly, electronics, or industrial automation is a plus.
