Position: Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) Coordinator LPN/CMA
Employment Type: Full-Time 40 hours per week 
Schedule: Monday – Friday (No Weekends, No Holidays)

Location: 100 Chambers Hill Drive, Chambersburg, PA 17201

Keystone Behavioral Health is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented LPN/CMA to join our compassionate care team for our TMS Coordinator position. This is a unique opportunity to be part of an innovative mental health treatment program using Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) therapy.

As the TMS Coordinator, you will play a vital role in guiding patients through their TMS treatment journey—from education and scheduling to administering therapy and ensuring smooth operations of the TMS equipment. You’ll work closely with our Director of Behavioral Health and receive medical guidance from the Medical Director.

What You’ll Do:

• Coordinate, assist and deliver TMS treatment when needed
• Educate patients on the TMS process
• Schedule and manage patient appointments according to treatment guidelines
• Ensure proper operation of TMS equipment
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and uphold PCMH standards of care
• Work well with providers and psychiatrist 
• Complete prior authorization for TMS services 

What We’re Looking For:

• Current Pennsylvania LPN license or a CMA that has graduated from an accredited MA program
• Valid CPR certification
• Strong critical thinking and patient care skills
• Ability to complete screening tools and recognize cortical excitation
• Proficiency in managing potential seizures and adjusting TMS coil settings
• Knowledge of when to escalate care to the TMS prescriber
