Create your best future and join Westpac as a Migration Lead.
What’s the role?
You’ll be the go-to person for making big moves happen—literally. As our Migration Lead, you’ll guide the smooth transition of customers, systems, and processes across Group Customer Operations as part of our epic UNITE transformation. You'll need to comprehend the implications of migrations for GCO and document the role that GCO will play in supporting customer and product migrations. You’ll work full-time from our buzzing Sydney HQ on Kent Street, collaborating with brilliant minds and solving complex puzzles. No two days will be the same, and that’s just how you like it.
What do I need?
You’re a natural problem-solver who thrives in fast-paced, complex environments.
You’ve led migration or transformation projects and know how to keep things moving.
You speak fluent stakeholder and can translate tech talk into plain English.
You’re organised, detail-obsessed, and cool under pressure.
You’ve got experience with Agile ways of working and love a good challenge.
