The Program Lead – Administration & Operations is a full-time position responsible for supporting the overall administration, operations, and success of OCEAA’s TK–8 expanded learning programs. This role works in close partnership with the Program Manager to ensure smooth day-to-day operations, effective staff support, and high-quality student experiences. The Program Lead provides administrative and operational support, behavior intervention guidance, and staff development, while also ensuring alignment with OCEAA’s mission, values, and goals.
This position serves as a bridge between program staff and administration—helping to coordinate logistics, monitor program quality, maintain records, and uphold program standards. While the Program Lead may engage with students in small-group or whole-group settings, the primary focus is on program oversight, staff coaching, and operational efficiency. As needed, this role may pivot to support broader school operations, including serving temporarily as a classroom teacher, receptionist, or in other capacities to meet after school school-wide needs. The position also supports Student Activities and represents OCEAA at various school functions.
