What You’ll Be Doing
As Manager, Field Services Logistics, you’ll be the operational hub—overseeing scheduling, labor coordination, compliance, and process optimization to ensure every installation has the resources and support it needs to succeed.
đź“… Scheduling & Coordination
âś… Manage and maintain the integration technician planning platform
âś… Oversee receipt and timely processing of labor requests
âś… Facilitate installation kickoff meetings and department huddles
âś… Maintain communication with Installation Technicians regarding travel, projects, and job needs
đź› Process Management & Vendor Relations
âś… Ensure timely processing of third-party labor invoices and compliance with contracts
âś… Build and strengthen relationships between Field Services and third-party labor providers
âś… Monitor, organize, and implement processes to meet hard deadlines for each project
âś… Serve as point of escalation for Field Services issues from Coordinators or other stakeholders
đź“‹ Compliance & Reporting
âś… Ensure department compliance with company policies and labor costing terms and conditions
âś… Manage weekly timekeeping reports for Field Services employees
âś… Provide detailed reporting to leadership and other departments
âś… Monitor coordinator performance and provide coaching or feedback as needed

🔹 Excellent communication skills to connect with internal teams and external vendors
🔹 Proven ability to resolve escalated operational issues quickly and effectively
🔹 Commitment to compliance, accuracy, and efficiency in all aspects of the role
