JOB TITLE: Banquet - Banquet Food Server
Job Description:

Job Focus:
Focus is on, but not limited to the following:
- Must love and support their TEAM!
- Must love and take care of guests!
- Must say “yes” and “thank you” often!
- Acknowledges, greets and converses with guests who are attending functions
- Delivers food from the kitchen to the guests
- Removes all table settings from tables after guests have finished their meals
- Assists with clearing the tables after the function is over
- Anticipates guests needs
- Ensures a seamless guest experience
- Performs opening and closing side work
- Must be passionate about hospitality
- Delivers all requests from guests in a timely fashion
Desired Qualifications:
- Must be at least 21 years of age or older
- Prefer at least one (1) year of previous experience in a catering environment, carrying large trays
- Ability to obtain a valid Nevada Alcohol Awareness Card and Nevada Food Handler Safety Training Card
- Must be able to initiate and engage in conversation in a professional and friendly manner
- Must be able to work any day and any shifts
Must be willing to help out all fellow employees
Demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness looking for ways to improve and promote quality
- Able to be punctual, ensuring work responsibilities are covered when absent
Must have an exceptional personality and hospitality driven attitude
- Must be able to multitask and take initiative in a VIP driven and guest service focused environment
Must be able to stand or walk a minimum eight-hour shift
Dedicated and willing to go above and beyond
