As our Business Manager, you’ll be at the heart of the purchase process — blending financial expertise with outstanding customer service to create smooth, stress-free transactions. From securing financing for Tiffin Motorhomes, Airstream Travel Trailers, and Keystone RVs to arranging insurance for Barletta Pontoons and Parker Offshore Fishing Boats, your work will be the key that unlocks adventure for our customers.

  • Monday through Saturday, with a scheduled day off during the week (dealership hours)

Requirements

Financial Solutions Management:

  • Guide customers through financing options tailored to RV and marine purchases, whether they’re interested in a Tiffin motorhome, Airstream travel trailer, Keystone RV, Barletta Pontoon Boat, or Sunchaser Pontoon etc.
  • Collaborate with lending institutions to secure competitive financing terms and streamline approval processes for these premium brands.
  • Present financial products such as service contracts, paint and fabric protection, tire protection, roadside protection, insurance, and other products designed to protect our customers and their investments.

Insurance Coordination:

  • Assist customers in selecting appropriate insurance coverage for RVs, boats, and related equipment, ensuring they are well-protected whether they’re purchasing a Tiffin, Keystone, Barletta, or Sunchaser etc.
  • Facilitate insurance applications and ensure compliance with insurance requirements for these high-value brands.

Sales Support and Training:

  • Partner with sales team members to integrate finance and insurance options into sales training, specifically focusing on the unique financing needs of RVs like Tiffin and Keystone, and boats like Barletta and Sunchaser etc.
  • Conduct training sessions to educate sales staff on finance products, promoting cross-functional knowledge and sales effectiveness.

Compliance and Documentation:

  • Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies related to finance and insurance transactions, particularly for premium RV and marine brands.
  • Maintain accurate and complete documentation for all finance and insurance transactions handled by the F&I Manager.

Customer Relationship Management:

  • Build rapport with customers to understand their financial needs and provide personalized solutions for their RVs or boats, whether it’s a Keystone RV or Barletta Pontoon etc.
  • Handle inquiries and resolve issues related to finance and insurance matters promptly and professionally.

Performance Monitoring and Reporting:

  • Track key performance metrics such as finance penetration rates, product penetration, and customer satisfaction scores for the F&I department.
  • Generate regular reports and provide insights to management on the performance of finance and insurance services related to brands like Tiffin and many more etc.
