Description
The Processing Clerk must have a strong skill set in the following daily business needs: answering order processing-related questions, coordinating the successful processing of orders, conveying (written & verbal) communications (within and outside) the department, maintaining good housekeeping, safety practices, and standards.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Run daily reports to view workload and priorities for both ECOM and D2C customers
• Manage daily processing and packing needs to meet customer-established lead times
• Responsible for leading packing associates to ensure efficient processing of priority orders
• Work with leadership to prioritize daily tasks to ensure goals are met successfully
• Identify and research outstanding tasks, making sure to resolve them in time to meet cut-offs
• Take lead in resolving errors with Customer Service, IC, and IT; escalating tickets as needed
• Ensure successful processing and logging of daily order Audits
• First point of contact for order processing, shortages, and exceptions
• Communicate inventory discrepancies with the IC team to ensure timely order fulfillment
• Research weekly chargebacks, root cause, attend weekly meetings, and provide feedback
• Monitor and enforce compliance with SOPs to maintain quality and order accuracy
• Work with customers (internal and external) to ensure timely processing of orders
• Identify areas for improvement and implement efficient practices to enhance productivity and costs
• Maintain the packing area organized and manage packing supply needs
• Keep the leadership team informed of operations, opportunities, including any safety or process issues
• Support in cross-functional tasks based on business needs in picking, replenishment, VAS, or other areas
• Train and develop team members on proper procedures, safety protocols, and company policies

Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS:
• Bilingual - Spanish
• Leadership skills to cross-train and guide associates in achieving goals
• Problem-solving and decision-making skills, ability to identify issues and implement efficient solutions.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills to effectively prioritize tasks and meet goals
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS, PKMS)
• Excellent communication skills, email etiquette, and personnel skills to build relationships
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
• Flexibility to begin shift between 4am-5am, work OT (up to 10hrs), Saturdays, and Holidays
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
• Lifting, pushing, pulling or moving cartons up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to stand and walk continuously throughout most of the day
• Must be able to reach above head and bend below the knees all day
• Work in cooler and heated conditions based on the time of year
