Community Physician Network is seeking a Sleep Medicine physician to join our well-established practice at Community Hospital East in Indianapolis, IN.

• Opportunity to work with experienced, AASM accredited providers
• No call
• Monday through Friday; 8am – 5pm
• Outpatient only practice
• Electronic Medical Record system (EPIC)

Licensure & Certification

• Board Certified in Sleep Medicine
• Eligible for medical licensure in Indiana
