Responsibilities

• Ensure the flow of production and materials as needed on the line.
• Ensure mold preparation for mold changes.
• Deliver correct material to the machines.
• Remove scrap and place it in the grind room.
• Deliver material to the machines on time.

Performance Indicators

• Correct material delivered to machines.
• Attendance.
• Process indicators.
• Scrap management efficiency.
• Timeliness of material delivery.

Requirements

• Clear understanding of injection molding processes.
• 4 years of injection processing experience required.
• Basic computer skills.
• Basic reading, writing, and math skills.
• Ability to push/pull all serviceable connections (water, electrical, hydraulic).
• Ability to move or manipulate crane/mold lifting chains and hooks.
• Ability to operate an overhead crane safely and proficiently.
