Full time/Part time: Part-time, no more than 19 hours/week
Temporary/Permanent: Temporary
Other Conditions: Casual Hire temporary appointment is expected begin September 2025 or soon thereafter. Not to exceed one year.
Duties:
- Assists the Head Coach and Volleyball Program with:
- Responsible for ordering, keeping inventory and maintenance of uniforms, supplies and equipment.
- Responsible for field maintenance and field improvement.
- Responsible for coordinating the program’s fundraising activities and the outreach of alumni.
- Responsible for completing and submitting all required compliance forms and timely submission of CARA and recruit logs.
- Know and abide by the rules, regulations and policies of the University of Hawaii, the Athletics Department, the Pacific West Conference and the NCAA.
- Perform other duties/functions as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Possession of a baccalaureate degree or any equivalent combination of education and/or professional work experience which provides the required education, knowledge, skills and abilities as indicated.
- Four (4) years-experience coaching Volleyball at the collegiate level.
- Proficient in Google Docs, Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to travel in-state and out-of-state.
Desirable Qualifications:
- Prior NCAA DII coaching experience.
- Experience coaching Women’s Volleyball at the collegiate level
