Hybrid Digital Product Owner at Security Service

Responsible for maximizing the value of the current and future portfolio of digital services, proactive vendor, and internal stakeholder management with a relentless focus on the customer experience. The purpose of this role is the attainment of the credit union’s general, and specific to the digital channel, business objectives while advancing member experience (CX), adoption and channel satisfaction for the online loan origination, online banking and other platforms. The Digital Product Owner will collaborate with the UX team, technical leads, project managers, business analysts and developers to create, implement or mature digital solutions and ensure these solutions exceed the growing expectations of SSFCU’s members. Point person on the product development team, using their high-level perspective to define tactical goals and execute the digital channel vision. Communicates with and leading stakeholders across the board, including customers, business managers, and the development team to make sure the goals are clear and the vision is aligned with Digital Services business objectives. This position will also provide a clear solution description and outline of product features for easy comprehension and consumption by the development team and business partners.
