Our great UK&I Supply Chain team is looking for a Distribution Administrator for a Maternity cover of 12 Months.
The primary purpose of the role is to support the distribution & logistics process of the Juice operations. Support the Business Unit by delivering highly accurate data management and robust process controls, ensuring necessary activity is administrated at pace, escalation is made in case of exceptions or issues. Ensure key control steps are completed & reported in a timely manner...
Your Next Pour: The Opportunity:
- Work with Supply Planning Team (Zeebrugge) & 3PL provider to ensure clear and robust management of inbound process flow. Provide daily / weekly updates to confirm status
- Monitor end to end process flow to ensure customer order & delivery flow is completed in line with requirements. Correct and escalate in case of any exceptions or discrepancies
- Complete daily / weekly & monthly process audit checks, to ensure consistency and accuracy is at the highest level. Complete weekly ambient/chilled scorecards.
- Act as primary point of contact for distribution queries and day to day activity with 3PL provider
- Prepare and circulate regular status reporting Inbound / Outbound & Inventory position
- Working in SAP (S/4 HANA), complete transactions as required and defined in in scope procedures
- Support in review & recommendation for improvement on procedures & activity in scope
- Responsible for the control of all in scope Purchase Orders & Invoices ensuring that all processes are in place, foster a close relationship with 3PL to ensure that any escalations and queries can be resolved at pace
- Support Amazon POs in portal & TIMs portal for Tesco process
- Responsible for ambient reporting to support demand planning & Customer Collaboration teams requirements
- Monitor and action ambient and chilled low code & destructions
- Support with manual order process for both ambient & ROI and order files.
- Any other adhoc work as required
The Perfect Blend: Experience & requirements:
- Intermediate Excel skills
- Experience of working a supply chain, logistics or transportation environment
- Experience of working in SAP - beneficial
- Able to work to a high degree of accuracy, and at pace
- Good numerical & analytical skills
- Demonstrate a continuous improvement mindset
- Hardworking, dedicated, and resilient under pressure
- Self-motivated with good self-organisational skills
- Able to build a good rapport with internal and external stakeholder
- Proactive in asking questions when required for key decisions
- Good team player
This role is based in Farringdon and it will be required to come to the office 2 days per week.
