About Us:
We’re in the business of helping engineers, architects, and construction professionals do their best work—with the power of the ATG hardware, software, and service solutions. Our clients rely on us to keep their processes efficient, their people sharp, and their projects moving.
We’re not just selling technology, we’re building partnerships. We’re looking for an Account Manager who’s equal parts relationship-builder, problem-solver, and business growth strategist. If you thrive on keeping clients happy and driving revenue, keep reading.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Own the Relationship: You’ll be the go-to person for a portfolio of existing clients. Think of yourself as their trusted advisor for all things AEC.
- Drive Renewals & Upsells: Keep licenses up to date, identify expansion opportunities, and make sure your accounts are fully adopted with the ATG value adds.
- Be Proactive, Not Reactive: Stay ahead of renewals, check in regularly, and anticipate what clients need before they ask.
- Stay Sharp, Stay Updated: Keep up with Autodesk’s ever-evolving product line, pricing models, and promotions so your clients always get the best.
- Education is Key: Help customers keep their employees up to speed on the latest software updates and company processes through the Global eTraining solution.
Who You Are:
- You’ve got 2–5 years of experience managing B2B accounts, ideally in the tech or software space.
- You’ve earned your bachelor’s degree.
- You are customer-obsessed—seriously, you love making clients feel heard, understood, and taken care of.
- You’re organized, strategic, and never let a renewal sneak past you.
- You’re not afraid of KPIs—quota motivates you, and you know how to grow accounts.
- Experience in the AEC space is a major plus.
Why You’ll Love It Here:
- Solid Base + Bonus: Get rewarded for building strong relationships and growing revenue.
- Great Clients: Architects, engineers, builders, designers—people who are literally shaping the future.
- Career Trajectory: We’re growing. You grow with us.
- Certifications & Training: Use ATG’s Greater U program to be the best version of yourself. Growth is an ATG cultural pillar.
- Work-Life Balance: We're competitive, but we believe in boundaries too.
- Team Culture: Supportive. Fast-moving. Very driven.
