Location: Bletchley, Milton Keynes
Hours: 40 hours per week (including alternate Saturdays) / Part-time: flexible 3 days per week (days not fixed) with alternate Saturdays considered

Zental is growing, and we’re looking for an experienced Dental Receptionist to join our 100% private boutique dental practice in Bletchley. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a vibrant, patient-focused environment alongside a highly skilled, supportive team.

About the Role

As a key member of our team, you’ll be both the welcoming face at reception and a skilled support in the surgery. You’ll set the tone for each patient’s visit with a warm, professional, and efficient approach that reflects the values of our boutique practice. The role involves 2–3 days per week on reception alongside nursing responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage patient queries and appointments efficiently and warmly

• Support practice operations through invoicing, deliveries, and admin

• Communicate effectively with the team and management

• Participate in regular meetings and contribute to practice improvements

• Maintain accurate records and patient information

• Handle payments in line with practice policies

• Support marketing and data collection for treatment outcomes

About You

We’re looking for someone friendly, confident, and proactive — with a genuine passion for providing outstanding patient care.

Essential Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year experience as a dental receptionist

• Previous experience in a private dental setting (advantageous)

• Excellent spoken and written English

• Background in administration or high-end customer service

• Strong IT skills and confident using MS Excel

• Great multitasker with strong attention to detail

• Able to work independently and make sound decisions

• Professional, well-presented, and a team player
