Qualifications:
1. Hold a high school diploma or equivalent.
2. Two or more years of school transportation experience is desired.
3. Demonstrates proficiency in computer word processing systems and PC input/output devices. Familiarity with computer spreadsheet applications, such as Excel, is required.
4. Familiarity with the policies and regulations as set forth in the Governance Manual(s) of the Marlboro Township Board of Education.
5. Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills by communicating effectively both orally and/or in writing while maintaining confidentiality of records and information.
6. Ability to multitask, be organized and establish priorities.
7. Ability to maintain detailed records and to follow-up on matters independently.
8. Such alternatives to the above qualifications as the board may find appropriate and acceptable.
9. Possess strong knowledge of Windows operating systems, web-based maps, and databases; proven experience in using various office applications including, but not limited to, Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
10. Provide proof of U.S. citizenship or legal resident alien status by completing Federal Form I-9 in compliance with the Immigration Reform and Control Act of 1986.
11. Provide evidence that a criminal record history check has been conducted and clearance has been given by the New Jersey Department of Education. Pass the state required Mantoux Intradermal Tuberculin Test in accordance with N.J.A.C 63-4A-4.
Salary and Benefits Information:
Salary range between $50,000 - $60,000 based on experience.
