Hybrid Beacon Check and Connect Para at Bloomington Public Schools

Create a graduation plan with all juniors/seniors in Beacon

Advocate for students and families - proactive communication to work ahead of concerns

Conduct student check-ins both individually and small group

Communicate with the student support team to best meet student needs.

Maintain a communication and progress log documenting interventions and supports 

Monitor student progress weekly in all Beacon classes

Meet with Beacon Principal and communicate plans to Beacon teachers to increase daily support of students to complete work.

Attend staff meetings

Other duties as assigned
