Lenovo is seeking a detail-oriented and driven Third-Party Due Diligence Analyst to support the company’s global third-party risk management program, with a particular focus on compliance reviews involving anti-bribery/anti-corruption laws and export regulations related to the sale of high-performance computing products, including GPUs. This position plays a critical role in helping the Ethics & Compliance function meet its operational due diligence obligations.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct third-party due diligence reviews, identifying and escalating risk indicators in accordance with Lenovo’s compliance protocolsPerform export compliance reviews of prospective customers and partners related to GPU sales, including risk assessments based on jurisdiction, end-use, end-user, and red flag indicatorsAnalyze business partner ownership structures, adverse media, and sanctions screening results to identify potential risksDocument due diligence findings and risk conclusions clearly and concisely in Lenovo’s due diligence systemManage day-to-day workflows in the due diligence platform; support users with system troubleshooting or process-related questionsMaintain and update procedures and templates to ensure alignment with evolving regulatory guidance and company policiesSupport internal stakeholders across Legal, Sales, and Operations by responding to due diligence and compliance inquiriesAssist in tracking and reporting on due diligence metrics for internal compliance dashboards and reportsContribute to the development and delivery of training materials and guidance for business teamsStay up to date on relevant laws and guidance including the U.S. Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA), export controls, and global sanctions regimesBasic Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in legal studies, international business, political science, or a related field2+ years of full-time, relevant work experience OR 4+ years of full-time, relevant work experience with no advanced degreePreferred Requirements:Familiarity with third-party screening tools and due diligence software platformsWorking knowledge of anti-corruption and/or export control regulationsStrong analytical and writing skills; detail-oriented with excellent documentation practicesComfortable handling sensitive data and operating in a deadline-driven environmentStrong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively across functions and geographiesWe are an Equal Opportunity Employer and do not discriminate against any employee or applicant for employment because of race, color, sex, age, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, status as a veteran, and basis of disability or any federal, state, or local protected class.
