The Print Account Manager is a key role responsible for driving sales within Pinnacle Promotions’ custom print shop. This position involves managing a diverse portfolio of clients, overseeing the print project lifecycle, and ensuring that all client needs are met with precision and excellence. You’ll collaborate closely with internal teams and external vendors to deliver tailored print solutions that exceed client expectations.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Growth: Meet or exceed monthly sales targets by focusing on print services and solutions.
  • Client Relationship Management: Develop and nurture long-term relationships with both new and existing clients, ensuring their print needs are fully understood and met.
  • Project Oversight: Manage the entire print project lifecycle, including scope, budgeting, production, and delivery, ensuring a seamless and high-quality client experience.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the Sales Managers to identify growth opportunities and execute strategic plans that drive print sales.
  • Problem-Solving: Address and resolve any issues that arise between clients and vendors, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and to the highest standard.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay updated on the latest print products, methods, and technologies to provide informed recommendations to clients.
  • Process Management: Handle client inquiries through LiveChat, phone, and web-based leads, and manage orders within our order management system.
  • Documentation: Keep accurate records of all activities and client interactions in our CRM.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in print or promotional products
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • High energy and a proactive approach to work
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word; experience with NetSuite is a plus
