Required Educationand Experience
- High School degree or equivalent
- Two years of technology related experience
Preferred Educationand Experience
- Associate Degree in technology related studies
- Experience working with any of the following systems Cisco, Windows, vmware, Meraki, Aruba, Shoretel
- Comptia A+, Net+, Security+, CCENTcertifications
Essential Functions
- Manage and Create user data and access to computer accounts with activedirectory
- Provide remote support to end users via remoteaccess tools
- Manage group policies and group access fornetwork files and internet access
- Provide on-site support for users in localoffices
- Troubleshoot hardware issues with PCs, printers,networking, and other technology equipment
- Create User Guide documentation for use as aknowledge base for other technicians and end-users
- Complete system checks and verifications ofbusiness critical systems
- Report unresolved issues to management andsupport specialists
- Strong verbal and written communication with staff and vendors
- Excellent organization and attention to detail

PositionType/Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position, days and hours of work are typicallyMonday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5 p.m. Occasional flex hours, eveningand/or weekend work may be required. This position participates in an on-call rotation for 1 week at a time.
Travel
This position requires up to 50% travel.
