Hybrid Receptionist at Walnut Grove Animal Clinic

We are looking to add a receptionist to our growing family at Walnut Grove Animal Clinic. We are an 8 doctor veterinary clinic with a wide range of services. With that comes with a busy and fast-paced environment. We are looking for people that can handle the responsibility of communicating well with clients, techs, doctors and other staff members. We are looking for a reliable team member with a great personality to help be the face of our clinic. Love for all animals and a passion for growing the bond between families and their fur-babies is also a must!

Job Types: Full-time. A typical work week usually consist of three or four 10 hour shifts Monday through Friday with a one hour lunch and a rotation of Saturday shifts. The schedule is made 1 month in advance and typically can be adjusted as needed. Some experience preferred (atleast 1-2 years in a similar position), but willing to train the right candidate.

Our hours are Monday-Thursday from 7:30am-9:00pm Friday 7:30am-5:30pm Saturday 8:00am-4:00pm 

Day shift is 7:30am-5:30pm, PM shift is 12:00pm-9:00pm, and Saturday shifts are from 8:00am-4:00pm. (schedule would include a mixture of these shifts)
