Radia has an exciting opportunity for an Application Support Level 1 to join our dynamic team!

Shift:  This position is designated for the a rotating shift, two weeks 11:30 PM to 7:00 AM and two weeks 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. However, during the initial training period of 6 to 12 months or longer, you will be required to work daytime hours.

The Application Support Level 1 primary responsibility is to provide first level support to Radia’s physicians and staff. This support includes technical evaluation, installation, configuration, repair, and maintenance of PC hardware and software. Support for MS Windows, MS Office and all desktop applications, including the Radia Application Suite. Assists members of IT department with day-to-day activities and special projects as assigned. This position will be located in Lynnwood, WA


Compensation: 

Hourly salary range $22.91/hour to $32.99/hour. Salary is based on multiple factors, including but not limited to job-related experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, and employment status.

Prior Experience: 

  • Preferred twoyears’ experience supporting Windows and MS Office in a Windows Domainenvironment with a minimum of 40 systems.
  • Experience in support of healthcare in general, and radiology in specific, is preferred.
  • Desiredcertifications include CompTIA A+/Network+, Microsoft MCP/MCSA, or acombination of equivalent work experience and similar certifications.
  • A valid Washington State driver’s license and car insurance is required.
