- Utilize internal channels and job portals to actively source and engage with potential candidates.
- Screen and shortlist qualified candidate profiles based on job requirements.
- Conduct initial interviews for selected positions under the guidance of the recruitment team.
- Maintain and update candidate information in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Schedule interviews, coordinate hiring assessments, and follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Final-year student or recent graduate from any major.
- Previous internship or experience in recruitment or talent acquisition is preferred.
- Strong command of English, both written and spoken.
- Basic understanding of the end-to-end recruitment process.
- Prior experience interning at a start-up company is a plus.
