We are growing and expanding our Manufacturing Site in Mexico! In the job as Training Specialist, you will have the opportunity to actively support the organization by meeting ensuring that our manufacturing site runs as needed to have the growth expected of the products we make in Mexico, excel in your own daily tasks and responsibilities, and experience a very varied working day in a dynamic.

Position summary:
Collaborates in the design, implementation, and maintenance of a complete training program that outlines the training and documentation necessary to ensure that personnel performing tasks impacting product quality are fully competent.

 

Job Summary:

• Supports the development and updating of training plans.
• Provides general administrative support to the training department.
• Monitors training effectiveness and implements continuous improvements based on 
  feedback and results
• Supports new hire induction initiatives and the execution of effective training strategies    
   for new employees, ensuring they are trained to maintain product quality from day one.
• Maintains and audits physical training records, ensuring that all documentation is  
  complete, up-to-date, well-documented, and properly filed.
• Provides support on special projects, such as new product launches or process transfers.
• Assists in the preparation and execution of training evidence during internal and external  
  audits or as required.
• Collaborates with various departments to identify training needs and ensures timely  
  delivery of required instruction.
• Prepares reports as required.
• Performs other assigned duties according to the needs of the department. Not all  
  responsibilities are limited to those mentioned above.


Authority:

• Update training plans.
• Provide evidence/proof of training.
• Training assignments.
• Add/Remove of curricula.

 

Required skills /Abilities:

• College Degree (desirable).
• Intermediate English.
• 2 years of relevant experience in training positions in the medical industry (preferable).
• Knowledge of good manufacturing practices and documentation, preferably in the 
  medical industry.
• Communication skills (oral and written)
• Computer skills and MS Office knowledge (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Ability to interact with multiple departments
• Leadership
• Teamwork

Work Environment:  

This is a manufacturing facility and as a result, employees have the potential to be exposed to noise, chemicals, fumes, airborne particles, machinery, vibration, or other workplace hazards controlled within compliance of current safety and health standards.
