Job Summary:
Roseville Area Schools is seeking a dedicated Special Education Paraprofessional to support elementary-age students, grades 5-6, in the BEAM (Building Essential Adaptive Mindsets) program at Parkview Center School. This role involves providing academic, behavioral, and social-emotional support to students in a specialized learning environment, as well as supervising lunch and recess.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist students with academic tasks, accommodations, and modifications as directed by licensed staff.
• Support students in developing self-regulation, social, and adaptive skills within the BEAM program.
• Implement behavior support strategies and interventions to foster student success.
• Supervise students during lunch and recess, ensuring a safe and positive environment.
• Collaborate with teachers and other staff members to create an inclusive and supportive learning space.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to district policies and procedures.
