As the Director of Facilities, you will play a pivotal role in individuals' lives, making a significant impact through:
- Provides direct and regular supervision to all maintenance staff employed or contracted by the Catholic Charities Housing Office.
- Reviews regular reports that include but is not limited to maintenance activities, periodic equipment maintenance, and fire and safety equipment.
- Implements preventive maintenance procedures for heating, plumbing and electrical systems.
- Implements a system to record and track all tools and equipment belonging to CCHO maintenance department.
- Implements and monitors a preventative maintenance program for all tools and equipment belonging to CCHO maintenance department.
- Implements a safety policy and procedures for CCHO maintenance personnel and project sites. Ensures safety compliance and training of safety programs such as OSHA training.
- Plans and implements regular and preventive facility maintenance, repair and improvement programs to insure the housing continues to be safe, attractive and in compliance with all fire/safety, health, sanitation and building codes.
Director of Facilities Minimum Salary: $ 64,500.00
Director of Facilities Maximum Salary: $ 64,500.00
Director of Facilities Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm (37.5 hours/week)
- On-call shifts required
Qualifications:
- Vocational/Technical Degree
- Associate's degree in a related field
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- 3 - 5 years of experience working with a diverse population
- Valid driver’s license, proof of current car insurance and registration and access to a reliable, working vehicle.
