QED Systems, LLC, is currently recruiting a Shipping and Receiving Coordinator (Specialist) to join our team at Elkridge, MD to support our customer, Project Manager Positioning, Navigation, and Timing (PM PNT).
Duties:
- Maintain inventories of government furnished property (GFP); maintain required supplies for CONUS and OCONUS missions.
- Requisition parts, materials, tools, and equipment for stock, maintenance and projects.
- Maintain accountability of recoverable items; ship and receive parts, material and equipment; turn in and maintain records of excess or unserviceable parts and equipment.
- Maintain and distribute supply stocks.
- Document and ship Warranty Repair Items.
- Maintain safety and cleanliness of supply areas.
- Pick-up and turn-in parts.
- Make special pickups and deliveries.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Detail-oriented with excellent technical, verbal, and written communication skills.
Required Clearance:
- ACTIVE CLEARANCE LEVEL REQUIRED: Secret
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- At least five (5) years’ total experience in operations supply required.
Travel:
Less than 33% travel is expected for this position. Travel may include continental United States and outside continental United States locations.
Work Environment:
This position will be performed in a variety of locations, including but not limited to, government offices, military bases and depots, warehouse/maintenance shops, and/or field environments that include extended periods outdoors.
Physical Demands:
Physical demands of this position include ability to:
- Be independently mobile.
- Communicate effectively with co-workers and customers.
- Withstand prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and computer use.
- Climb stairs, ramps, ladders, and work stands.
- Operate powered vehicles, machinery, hand tools, ground support equipment, forklift, etc.
- Lift/push/pull objects weighing in excess of 50 pounds.
- Withstand exposure to noise from operating equipment.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:
This is a full‐time position, Monday through Friday. Flexibility around core hours. Travel may occur outside of normal core hours.

Estimated Salary Range: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00, annually. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary. This represents the typical range for fully qualified candidates for this position based on experience, geographic location, and other factors. The final offer amount may vary.
