POSITION OBJECTIVE: The Residential Aide provides a high level ofquality care to individuals while ensuring that each individual is treated withrespect and dignity. Improves the quality of life for each individual byassisting them in learning to live and function as independently as possible intheir home and community.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Required:
- At least 18 years of age.
- Ability to read, write and perform basic math functions.
- Demonstrated ability to complete basic computer tasks.
- Current driver's license and the ability to travel for business utilizing personal vehicle.
- Willing to obtain Medication Administration Certification within twelve 12 months of hire.
- Willing to obtain First Aid/CPR Certification within six (6) months of hire.
Preferred:
- High School Diploma/GED.
- Medication Administration Certification.
- First Aid/CPR certification.
