Hybrid MB MANAGER OF COUNSELING at Minact

Supervises the work and coordinates the activities of assigned staff and provides support for the total Center staff to enhance student social, educational, and emotional development and in obtaining the appropriate support and resources needed to successfully complete the program. Coordinates the career preparation services for enrolling students. Maintains quality control responsibility for determining student readiness for CDP and transition services for former enrollees. Establishes and maintains linkages for the Job Corps Center with support services agencies, potential employers, and field Career Transition Specialist.
