This position will include foot patrol and physical activity
Working with data center systems, CCTV, VMS - Controlling ingress/egress and making rounds
Familiar and comfortable with technology
Scheduling and Payroll processes are required
$23.00 p/hr DOE

Security Site Supervisors oversee and manage site activity. Conduct routine inspections and audits of security personnel to ensure proper implementation of security procedures & protocol.
Responsibilities:
Understand and follow all Standard Operating Procedures
Observe and report all suspicious activity
Follow the Emergency Action and Communication Plans and all Standard Operating Procedures for emergencies
Completes incident reports as required
Attend weekly and monthly meetings as requested by Security Management
Conduct interviews/hiring
Conduct post-inspections
Create training schedules for new hire officers
Determine new hire requirements and training requirements
Ensure that all contracted hours of coverage are met
Participate in site and community events and training that supports facility initiatives
Provide instruction and guidance for all officers
Recruit, staff, and train in accordance with site requirements
Completes officer time sheets and payroll
Coordinates officer supply/uniform needs
Coordinates officer vacation/time-off requests
Coordinates fleet maintenance program
Coordinates and provides oversight for VIP tour operations
Monitor weather alerts or other notification systems and make appropriate notifications
Provide instruction and guidance on use of security systems for all officers
Qualifications:
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Security License (Required)
- Valid Driver's License and clean driving history (Required)
- High School Diploma or equivalent, Bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum of two years previous security supervision or leadership experience required
- Flexible/ on- call schedule availability
- Professional demeanor and appearance
- Excellent computer skills
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Attentive to detail
- Must be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience utilizing security equipment and protocols required
- Must be able to pass pre-employment screening (background and drug)
