Hybrid Northwest Band: Hornline Supervisor at Waukee Community School District

Position Criteria:

1. Demonstrate aptitude for performing tasks listed
2. Must exhibit ethical practices and be a role model to students
3. Such alternatives to the above qualifications as the Board may find appropriate and acceptable

Performance Responsibilities:

1. Assist band directors in scheduling, coordinating and leading pre-season rehearsals, including band camp
2. Lead visual or musical sectionals during summer and fall rehearsals
3. Attend and teach morning rehearsals as needed
4. Attend performances; assist with student supervision 
5. Collaborate with band directors and marching band staff as needed
6. Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the District
