How you’ll contribute
A Peer Specialist who excels in this role:
Live and Promote the Mission and Values of Lourdes Health.

What we’re looking for
Master’s degree
Three Years Of Experience
BCLS upon Completion of hospital orientation
Must apply for a Washington State Agency Affiliate Counselor Registration within 30 days of hire date or have a current recognized behavioral health professional license in good standing with the State of Washington
Must have/obtain a current Washington State Driver’s License with dependable transportation. Must have current/valid Liability Insurance to use personal vehicle and/or LH Company vehicles for LH business purposes.
Bilingual and/or English Spanish speaking preferred and ability to work with culturally diverse population.
Clear understanding of the characteristics and problems of adults with severe mental illnesses and knowledge of the ACT mode
Hourly range: $16.66 - $18.79
