Salary Range: $19-$22 hourly plus commission (varies depending on experience and property location)
Key Role Responsibilities
Specialist
· Report to different community locations as needed
· Provide support and assist on-site staff with training and initiative roll-out
· Assist Management with any requested work to be done at the community
Maintenance Technician
Maintenance Technician
- Assist lead maintenance in the daily upkeep of apartment units, property exterior and common areas in accordance with company standards
- Complete assigned work orders in a timely and professional manner
- Establish and maintain professional relationships with all residents and on-site team members
- Flexibility to perform other job duties as required
Our Ideal Candidate
- 2-3 years of multi- family maintenance experience (preferred)
- Previous experience with HVAC systems
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- Knowledge of general maintenance(i.e. electrical, plumbing and appliance repair)
- Excellent communication (verbal and written) and customer service skills
Minimum Qualifications:
- Valid driver license and any other licenses/certifications required by the state
- HVAC Certification (EPA Type I & II OR Universal)
- Flexibility to work on-call and weekends as needed
