AIS Holding Company LLC seeks a Director of Transformation in Pearland, Texas to play a pivotal role in driving continuous improvement initiatives optimizing productivity, and overseeing the successful execution of capital projects aimed at expanding our manufacturing capacity. This role will implement transformational changes in an industrial production setting. Develop and execute productivity/labor related Project Spark initiatives. Identify opportunities for operational excellence, cost reduction, and efficiency gains in manufacturing processes. Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of capital projects for capacity expansion. Collaborate with engineering, operations, and finance teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget. 5-25% national travel required to visit Avail sites and meet with clients and vendors. This is a work from home opportunity. Requires: Bachelor degree in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field, and 5 years of experience in the job offered or related occupation. Demonstrated ability with Lean, Six Sigma, and other relevant continuous improvement methodologies; executing complex capital projects; overseeing transformation and productivity improvements in industrial production settings.
