Position Title: Assistant Contract Maintenance Manager (ACMM)
Area of Requirement: Aberdeen Proving Grounds (APG) MTF and Surrounding Facilities
Scope of Position:
Serves as deputy to the CMM, responsible for delegated O&M functions and ensuring compliance with all task order requirements at assigned sites. Coordinates daily work orders, manages staff, and monitors performance against the PWS.
Tasks and Capabilities Required:
Manage site-specific O&M tasks.
Ensure compliance with facility readiness and maintenance standards.
Supervise assigned personnel and coordinate with trade supervisors.
Act on behalf of the CMM when required.
Maintain open communication with COR and Facility Manager.
Mandatory Experience and Certifications:
Minimum 3 years’ experience in O&M of medical facilities.
Minimum 5 years’ experience supervising diversified trade teams.
Knowledge of TJC, NFPA, OSHA, EPA codes and standards.
Preferred/Desired Certifications:
ASHE Certified Healthcare Facility Manager (CHFM).
