As a Warehouse Production Auditor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of warehouse operations. Your primary responsibility will be to conduct thorough audits of raw goods and quality control procedures to identify discrepancies, improve efficiency, and maintain compliance with regulatory standards. By meticulously examining every aspect of the production workflow, you will contribute to the overall success and profitability of the organization.
The ideal candidate would be a meticulous, analytical, and initiative-taking individual with a strong understanding of warehouse operations and quality assurance principles, coupled with excellent communication and critical thinking skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform regular audits of warehouse finished goods to verify adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs), quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Review production orders, work instructions, and product specifications to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Collaborate with production supervisors and warehouse staff to address audit findings and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Document audit findings, observations, and recommendations in detailed reports, and communicate findings to management and relevant stakeholders.
- Provide training and guidance to warehouse personnel on proper procedures, quality standards, and regulatory compliance.
- Participate in cross-functional teams and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs.
- Foster a culture of accountability, integrity, and excellence within the warehouse production team.
- Ability and flexibility to work overtime when needed.
Job Qualifications
- High School Diploma
- Certification in quality auditing (e.g., Certified Quality Auditor - CQA) or related field is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and troubleshoot issues.
- Mindfulness and an elevated level of accuracy in performing audits and reviewing documentation.
- Ability to effectively communicate in English.
- Familiarity with regulatory standards such as FDA, ISO, and OSHA regulations.
- Ability to lift fifty pounds and to bend, stand, walk, and lift for extended periods.
