Are you highly organized, detail-oriented, and looking for a meaningful role where your administrative skills support life-changing work? Lifetime Assistance is hiring a Program Secretary to provide critical support to our ICF/IRA Residential Programs. In this full-time role, you'll help keep operations running smoothly-so our staff can focus on what matters most: supporting individuals with developmental disabilities.
What You'll Do:
As the Program Secretary, you'll play a key role in:
- Maintaining Documentation: Prepare, organize, and manage records for individuals served, including assessments, service plans, review reports, and more.
- Supporting the Team: Assist with scheduling, meeting agendas, program reports, and general communication between departments, families, and partners.
- Managing Office Tasks: Handle phones, order supplies, track training compliance, and help with invoices and purchase orders.
- Taking the Lead on Organization: Keep things on track by distributing materials, recording meeting minutes, and ensuring timely follow-up on important tasks.
What We're Looking For:
- At least 2 years of administrative or secretarial experience
- Strong typing, writing, and communication skills
- Comfortable using Microsoft Word, Excel, and other Office applications
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with professionalism and accuracy
- Positive, respectful, and dependable-you're someone people can count on
