Brand & Social Content Manager

We are seeking a creative, strategic, and detail-oriented Brand & Social Content Manager to own our content strategy, elevate our brand presence, and drive audience engagement across all channels. This role blends creativity with analytical thinking and is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of storytelling, brand building, and performance-driven marketing.

Key Responsibilities

Content Creation & Asset Management

  • Oversee content production, product photography, and brand assets
  • Manage imagery and video post-production
  • Maintain and organize all photography, video, and graphic assets for easy cross-team access.

Brand & Content Strategy

  • Support the development and execution of overall brand and marketing strategies across digital, print, and physical environments.
  • Align content initiatives with broader marketing goals for ecommerce, wholesale, and consumer channels.
  • Research industry trends, competitor activity, and consumer insights to identify new content opportunities.

Social Media & Influencer Marketing

  • Develop and implement content strategies that grow reach, engagement, and brand awareness across all social media platforms.
  • Partner with influencers, brand advocates, and UGC creators to produce authentic and relevant content.
  • Monitor social conversations, track sentiment, and compile trend reports.
  • Measure and report on performance marketing campaigns (ROI, KPIs), particularly on META platforms, and optimize for results.

Campaign Execution & Reporting

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to analyze sales, traffic, and audience growth—providing insights and recommendations for future strategies.
  • Support campaign planning and execution, including pre- and post-campaign analysis.
  • Coordinate launch calendars with the email marketing manager and other stakeholders to ensure cohesive brand messaging.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in content production social media management, or content strategy.
  • Must have photography and videography skills
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Proficiency with social media platforms, performance analytics tools, and content management systems.
