Key Job Accountabilities for HR Benefits and Leave Administrator:

  • Day to day benefits administration for the US and Canada's health, dental, vision, life, disability, STD, LTD, EAP, FSA, HSA, and other benefits as assigned. 
  • Schedule and conduct all monthly new hire benefits orientations and assist employees with benefit related questions.
  • Administration of all North America Group leaves of absence, including communication, tracking, disability claim filing, coordination of payment with payroll, and compliance.
  • Day to day administration of the US and Canadian retirement plans including enrollment processing, termination notifications, assisting with questions, processing changes, and employee education.

Qualifications for HR Benefits and Leave Administrator:

  • 2 years’ experience in employee benefits oversight, administration, and education 
  • 2 years’ experience administering employee leaves of absence
  • Professional written and verbal communication skills
