Requirements

  • Final semester students or fresh graduates in Computer Science, Information Systems, IT, or related fields
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written)
  • Basic understanding in IT workflows and business application processes
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and SQL Database is a plus

 

Job Responsibilities

  • Respond & provide solutions for issues submitted in the Helpdesk Ticketing System
  • Investigate & Troubleshoot Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365), SPARKS, and other IT applications
  • SIT/UAT, User Training, and preparing documentation
  • Communicating with external and internal users for issues handling
